Chef Albert

Our beloved Chef Albert (Sean Albert Paul) passed away far too soon at the age of 38, and he will forever remain in our hearts.

Albert joined Laluna 18 years ago, after our then Italian chef, Daniele Gaetano, noticed his warm, friendly spirit, while bagging groceries at the supermarket. Albert started as a dishwasher and, through hard work, passion, and Daniele’s mentorship, learned every kitchen station and the art of Italian cuisine.

For the past 10 years, Albert was Laluna’s Head Chef, a deeply loved and respected part of our family. His sudden passing has left us heartbroken, but his legacy lives on through the team he helped train and inspire.

Albert may have hung up his apron, but he will always be our beloved Laluna Chef. Never forgotten.
