Cottage Layout

Yes, you can get 29% OFF on our Cottages. All of Laluna Cottages have the exact same layout and size, the difference in the category is their position on the property, and maybe a change from their brightly coloured interiors of oche, green, yellow or purple. They all have large spacious bedrooms, with four-poster Balinese King size beds, draped with cotton netting and Italian linens, cooled by air conditioning or ceiling fans. Walk-in closet with a safe for our valuables, umbrella and yoga mats for your daily complimentary yoga class at the yoga pavilion on the beach. The bathroom is partially opened, with a bamboo screen for privacy.  Bathrobes and a hairdryer are provided in your Cottage bathroom. Italian bath products for your convenience, so that you don’t have to travel with your own.

Views of the sea or garden from your shower, and steps that lead you out onto your private plunge pool on your private deck. The best feature of the cottages is the private deck for lounging. Chillout watching the sunset or reading a book in paperback or Kindle (as wi-fi is free) laying back on your Balinese Day Bed. For those who don’t want to miss out on worldwide events, there is a flat-screen tv with cable tv. Want to just chill out with your music playlist? no need to bring our own Bluetooth speaker, we have them provided for you in your room. Need a coffee as you wake up? Complimentary coffee and tea are in your room, to help you get started for the day.

Cottage Categories

The Beach Front Cottage Deluxe is the only cottage that is directly on the beach at Laluna. Just steps away from your veranda is Laluna’s secluded beach. A perfect way to start the day with a morning swim to make you feel invigorated and ready for your vacay. It is the most requested cottage, especially for Honeymooners.

30 steps up the hillside overlooking the main front desk area, restaurant, bar, and lounge are the Deluxe Cottages. They are the same layout as all the other cottages, but these units are free-standing. This means that you have not immediate neighbors. Some may have tropical garden views, and others, ocean views.

A further 30 steps above the Cottage Deluxe is the Cottage Suite, these units once again have the same layout as the Cottage Deluxe, but these are two units that are built attached side by side, still allowing for optimum privacy on your veranda an unobstructed views. A little more of a walk to get to, but the exercise is appreciated by those who like to indulge on their holiday. The advantage of being further on top of the property are the dramatic views.

The Cottage Suite is a semi-detached unit, which means that it works well as a Two Bedroom Cottage, as it is two cottage units side by side. Perfect for parents traveling with older teens (as Laluna does not accept children under the age of 12 years) or two couples traveling together.

Laluna Villas

Our villas are designed with Luxury Caribbean Living in mind. Wide-open verandas that take advantage of the views and outdoor living lifestyle.

Each villa is privately owned, and the owner places their villa to rent with Laluna.
The Laluna villas are designed and laid out differently, based on the typography of land they sit on. They were designed to take full advantage of the views of either the Caribbean Sea or of the white sandy beach of Morne Rouge with the hills of the Grand Etang, and the twinkling lights of  St. George’s in the background.

As they are privately owned, they are also individually and tastefully designed on the interiors. They are all five bedrooms but can be rented as a 3 or 4 bedroom, depending on your needs. They all come with a fully equipped kitchens so that you can check out the local produce at the nearby Wednesday Farmers Market or the supermarkets in Grand Anse, and test out your culinary skills in your villa. To make sure your fridge, freezer, wine fridge, and pantry is stocked before you arrive, Laluna does offer a pre-arrival grocery service, to make sure you have your essentials in your villa waiting for you.

There is a daily pool and housekeeping service, washer, and dryer. Air Conditioning and ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, and bathrooms with showers in each bedroom. For entertainment, there is cable TV and a music system with free wifi. Or if you want to take your entertainment outdoors, a stone terrace with a BBQ area for your outdoor cooking. Don’t feel like cooking yourself? Request a chef for the night to do your barbequing for you, so you can just lay back and relax on your veranda, or in your infinity pool.

Villa guests can take advantage of all that Laluna Hotel has to offer, including the Italian restaurant, Asian Spa with Balinese therapists, Watersports equipment that includes, snorkeling, kayaks, Hobie cat and stand up paddleboards. Daily Yoga classes at Laluna’s yoga pavilion on the beach. Or head down to catch the daily Happy Hour at the Sunset Bar and Lounge on the beach. All villas come with their own golf cart, so that access to the hotel’s amenities are easy. Staying at a Laluna villa is the perfect way to travel with families or small groups and wedding parties.
