In toward introducing Laluna to the local market that may never have had the opportunity to experience all that Laluna boutique hotel has to offer.
Luckily with a team of wonderful yogis, Laluna is able to expand the full experience of the property into Wellbeing, with Laluna’s new yoga program 7 days a week.
Yoga at Laluna is performed at the yoga pavilion or shala, situated directly on the beach. Practice facing the Caribbean Sea surrounded by a tropical garden. A truly unique place to practice Wellbeing.
Hath Yoga with Fay – Mondays at 9:30am and Thursdays 5:15pm.
Connect to the rich healing and magical energy of Grenada. Rejuvenate and restore; a deep practice to integrate and balance the body, mind, and soul.
Hatha Vinyasa with MitSukha – Tuesdays 9:30am and 5:15pm; Wednesdays 5:15pm and Fridays 9:30am.
Hatha Vinyasa style Yoga incorporates breathing practices/pranayama, yoga poses/asana, mind focus/Dharana & meditation/Dhyana.
Pilates with Lesley – Wednesdays 9:30am
Tune into your core. Pilates is a low-impact form of exercise. The aim is to strengthen the muscles while improving your overall postural alignment.
Vinyasa Yoga with Lesley – Saturdays 9:30am
Flow into each asana. A variety of Yoga poses that are linked together with the breath, in a flowing sequence.
Yin Yoga with Lesley – Sundays 9:30am
Slow it down to a deep form of yoga. Asanas are held for up to three minutes, which allows the muscle tissues to relax and the focus is taken up on the joints and connective tissues. A form of Restorative meditative yoga, helps you to rejuvenate your body and mind.
