Given the unprecedented situation we are all facing as a result of the coronavirus, we changed our booking and cancellation policy to ensure you have more flexibility to plan your holidays
If you currently have a booking directly with us but would prefer to change your holiday’s date we will waive the change fee and you can rebook for the new dates (difference in the daily rate may apply ). If you are not sure about your new dates we will issue a credit for you for the full amount you paid valid for 2 years.
For all new bookings made directly with us, we will require only 50% deposit at the time of booking, balance payable 30 days before arrival.
You can modify or cancel your reservation up to 7 days before arrival with no cancellation nor change fee.
In case of cancellation, we will keep your deposit as a credit for you for 2 years from the date of the booking.
