Yoga Retreats
We are offering Retreat Programs that are specialist weeks led by visiting masters focusing on specific subjects such as Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and other Eastern Philosophy. Usually, they involve between 3 and 5 hours of practice daily (split between morning and evening), learning seminars (to provide a greater depth of knowledge on the Retreat's specific to subject) and appropriate treatments.
Our Retreats are an opportunity to share physical and spiritual growth, through yoga, hiking in the rainforest, swimming in a waterfall, massage, meditation, healthy food, community service, all while living together in nature and luxury. It is usually when lasting friendships are made away from everyone's busy routine, as barriers are broken and life-changing experiences are taken back home and made into memorable moments.
