Reservations and Cancellation Policy

• For reservations please call 473-439-0001 or email us at info@laluna.com.
• We suggest that you schedule your appointments in advance to obtain your preferred time and treatment.
• Should you wish to cancel an appointment, we require 24 hours notice or 50% of the cost of the treatment will be charged.
• No show will be charged at the full treatment price.
• Prices are exclusive of 20% Tax & Service

Please come to the hotel front desk, and we would be happy to escort you, or if you choose, you may go directly to the Spa reception. We suggest you arrive at least 15 minutes before appointed time, to allow you to check-in, change and begin to prepare you for your relaxed spa experience.

Attire
We will provide you with a robe and slippers when you arrive at the spa. During treatments, our therapists are trained to drape you appropriately. Lockers are provided so that you may store your belongings.

Valuables
We advise that you do not bring any valuables to the Spa, and Laluna does not assume liability for any valuables.

9:00 am - 6:00pm Tuesday to Sunday - Monday closed. Should you seek an appointment outside the Spas normal opening hours, this can be arranged with advance notice and will incur an additional charge.
