dishes from the freshest local ingredients which he
buys daily. Devin Nelles our resident Canadian oversees the Food
& Beverage department, and is responsible for stocking our wine
cellar with wines from different and little known regions of Italy.
Our Taste of Laluna Cooking Package is all about having fun. Guests
have the opportunity to spend time, one on one with our Italian Chef and prepare dishes just like a true "Soprano".
