Yoga Retreats at Laluna Grenada

Laluna Resort is the ideal location for your Caribbean wellness retreat. Located on a secluded beachfront hillside in Grenada, our boutique resort blends Balinese, Caribbean, and Italian influences to create a zen, uniquely Laluna hideaway. The hotel features beach chic cottages, an Italian restaurant, water sports, a pool, and a Wellness Sanctuary that includes a beachfront yoga pavilion, organic garden, Asian spa, and fitness center.

Laluna’s Wellness Sanctuary plays host to week-long specialist retreat programs that are an opportunity to share physical and spiritual growth. Led by visiting masters, these retreats focus on specific subjects such as yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, and other Eastern philosophies. While each master determines the scope of their individual program, retreats typically involve 3-5 hours of practice daily (split between morning and evening), learning seminars (to provide a greater depth of knowledge on the retreat’s subject), and appropriate treatments.

During non-workshop hours, guests can choose to hike through the rainforest, swim in a waterfall, receive a massage, meditate, enjoy healthy and delicious food, paddle board, or participate in community service. Getting away from one’s busy routine helps to break down barriers and open a person up to life-changing, unforgettable experiences to take home and cherish forever. Lasting friendships are made while living together in nature and luxury in Grenada.

If you are a participant wishing to learn more about upcoming retreats or a master wishing to schedule and lead your own, please email Wendy to inquire about Laluna’s Grenada yoga and wellness retreats.
