Do you have hairdryers in the room?

Yes.

Do you have a mini-bar in the room?

Yes, and it is re-stocked daily.

Do you offer airport transfers?

Yes, we do, but it is not included in the rate. The cost is US$30 one way, with a maximum two persons.

How much is a taxi from the airport to Laluna?

Approximately US$20 and it is a 10min drive.

Do I need to book excursions or activities in advance?

Do you offer an all inclusive plan?

We can create any kind of package or inclusion you like during your stay. Our MAP meal plan includes breakfast and dinner (excluding beverages) for US$75 per person per day (plus 20% tax & service). The all-inclusive plan is US$135 per person per day (plus 20% tax & service) – including breakfast, lunch and dinner and all non-alcoholic beverages.

Do I need to pre-book if I want to go on any meal plan?

Yes, you must book your meal plan at the time of reservation.

Are our rates per night or per person?

Per night.

What is the maximum occupancy for the rooms?

1 or 2 people in all cottages categories, except the Two Bedroom Cottage can accommodate up to four people.

What is the difference between a Deluxe Cottage and a Cottage Suite?

Do all rooms have plunge pools?

Yes, they do.

If I book a 7 night package, can I book additional nights?

Yes, you may. We would just add on the regular nightly rate for the additional night.
