Vegetarian Option: Parmigiana of Zucchini

Seafood Scialatielli (Homemade Amalfi Pasta)
with Scallops & Roasted Bell Peppers

Lentil Stew
(Traditional Italian meal for good luck in the New Year)

Herb Crust Mahi-Mahi
