The Programme
We created the 8-at-a-Time Charity Lunch Programme out of our desire to say “thank you” to the community members of Grenada who make a difference. The Programme focuses on those that provide services to the general public, including nurses at the hospital, teachers from schools, police members, or the elderly. With the 8-at-a-Time Charity Lunch Programme, eight members of a group that would not normally be able to experience Laluna’s beautiful environment, be it for logistic or economic reasons, are invited for lunch and get the chance to experience the resort first-hand.

Laluna’s Most Recent Event
The most recent lunch, held September 22, 2012, recognized members of the Lions, Leo’s and Rotary Clubs. These volunteer organizations do community service throughout the world, and the lunch gave the Grenadian-based clubs a chance to meet each other and use the opportunity to communicate ideas, the different programmes each are doing, and the ways they can work together for the better of Grenada, Carriacou and Petit Martinique.
