Holiday Cheer Grenada Style

Holiday spirit doesn’t rely on snowy sleigh rides or sipping hot cocoa by a crackling fire, believe us! All over Grenada you’ll already hear Christmas carols and Parang playing on the radio and see decorations going up – even if it is only mid-November! If you’ve ever dreamed of escaping the frigid cold of winter to a lush, tropical Caribbean climate, the holiday season is the perfect time to do it.

At Laluna, we pull out all the stops for Christmas. The restaurant, lounge and bar are decked out with Christmas decorations-including our unique tree-bringing holiday cheer to life. White lanterns and Christmas lights turn the club house area into a twinkling wonderland, and a local choir entertains guests with carols.

Guests come together on Christmas Day to enjoy a true holiday celebration. Christmas lunch is a family-style celebration the Laluna way. We bring all of the restaurant’s tables and chairs down to the beach for a gourmet seaside barbecue, with guests enjoying delicious fare including lamb, steak, chicken and vegetables.

A plunge into the sea and a siesta on a beach lounger is the perfect way to end the day. For those up for more, a traditional Christmas dinner is served in the restaurant, along with signature Christmas-y cocktails that would make Santa go “Ho Ho Ho”.
